Because our products are digital educational resources and downloadable files, special refund conditions apply.

Non-Refundable Products

All digital products sold on Artistic Kids Learning are generally non-refundable.

This includes:

• Printable worksheets.

• Learning bundles.

• Educational activity packs.

• Digital classroom resources.

• Homeschool materials.

• Instant download products.

Once files have been downloaded or access has been provided, refunds cannot typically be issued.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate purchases of the same product.

• Corrupted or inaccessible files.

• Incorrect product delivery.

• Technical issues preventing access to purchased resources.

Download Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased files, please contact us before requesting a refund.

Our support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve download or access issues.

Refund Review Process

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

When submitting a request, please provide:

• Order number.

• Purchase email address.

• Description of the issue.

Order Cancellation

Because digital products become available immediately after purchase, order cancellations are generally not possible once payment has been completed.
